When the equipment operates with cold water only, the fan motor does not start, and the heating fuel pump remains inactive, thereby reducing the failure rate of this component and extending its service life.
After turning off the heating switch, the fan motor delays for 20 seconds before stopping to clear exhaust gases and dust from the boiler, while also providing a cooling effect. When the heating switch is turned on, the fan motor drives the oil pump to start working, and automatic ignition occurs after a 3-second delay, ensuring sufficient fuel oil pressure for more complete ignition and reducing exhaust emissions during startup. Traditional equipment lacks this function, resulting in more exhaust gases and incomplete combustion during ignition.
The fuel boiler has a 7 cm thick special material cushion at the bottom, allowing fuel that falls into the furnace to burn cleanly and achieve automatic cleaning. The unique boiler structure design ensures high heating efficiency and low fuel consumption, only 6 liters per hour.
